This beer pours moderately choppy with a medium High amount of carbonation action producing a tan colored, three quarters inch tall foam head with a higher retention rate, moderate lacing, average effervescent effect, this beer includes a medium amount of extra fine sentiment giving it a hazy appearance with a bright copper colored glow with no shine in light, no settling, no chunky sediment Aroma includes a medium roasted malt caramel sweetness biscuity undertones with a hint of coffee some better pale dull hops included slight fruity secondary some metallic tinge towards the end no alcohol smell, overall well-balanced with both fairly presents sweet malt and tall hops included, aroma helps influence the overall flavor experience by some limited degree This is a medium full-bodied beer with a medium high weight, a medium high viscosity, and a average amount of carbonation making this a causal sipping beer suitable for colder months, fairly smooth overall with no added texture, slightly dry finish that is somewhat lingering, no alcohol warming or bite this is a dull bitter beer over all with a faint amount of banana undertones a strong amount of sweeter caramel toffee roasted malts with some biscuity undertone sweetbread like some amount of apple and banana included, slightly dry finish with a very subtle, but noticeable alcohol taste towards the end bitter finish, slight metallic taste present, overall good balance of flavors mixed
