Smooth pour with a low amount of carbonation action producing a thin 16 inch tall foam head tan color low retention rate medium density. opaque dark brown unfiltered hazy appearance with a medium-high amount of extra fine sediment included no settling extremely low amount of effervescent effect ruby reddish glow in Brightlight no shine minimal lacing. No chunky sediment medium-low strength aroma with a good amount of chocolate and coffee flavors fairly sweet malty overall very little hops no fruity no alcohol or metallic notes present small non-earthiness detectable. slight chocolate chip cookie like aroma secondary medium bodied beer with a moderate amount of carbonation slightly Chrisp mostly light feel fairly smooth with an average viscosity a slightly below than average wait for the style and a good amount of dryness toward the finish. no alcohol bite fairly cooling toward the finish some small amount of refreshment offered fairly good casual drinking beer for all seasons. dark chocolate and presence of sweet caramel slightly bitter sweet coffee malt immediate inflection sweetened malt beginning with a somewhat present cookie like undertone. very little hobs except for the Finnish where it is slightly bitter aftertaste lingering for a short while slight metallic tinge toward the ends no alcohol or fruit notes.
